Paul Arámbula is a musician from Phoenix who moved to Berlin years ago in search of a life of ease and difficulty, where he could find in perfect strangers the right characters for his songs. With the use of a trusty keyboard carried around the world and a small drum machine, Arámbula presents a show that is not only pop, but also avant-garde, meta-spectacle, outside the current mechanisms of the 'special effect', being part of those musicians who do not impose themselves, but ask questions, reflections and moods. Paul's music is adapted to a bedroom, homey dimension, to be listened to in his bathrobe on sleepy Sunday mornings. With his latest release, "Towantowanto" (on the Musikií label), Paul continues to try to expand the sonic and emotional possibilities of the pop song.
